Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is and isn't refunded
When your return is approved, you'll be refunded:
The full price you paid for the returned item(s).
The standard outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout — but only for returns made within the 14-day cancellation period (see below). If you paid extra for an upgraded delivery service, only the standard rate is refunded; the upgrade portion is non-refundable.
The following are not refunded:
-The £4.95 return shipping cost (this is deducted from your refund or paid separately, as set out above).
-Any portion of the original shipping cost that exceeds our standard rate (e.g. express upgrades).
-Original shipping costs on returns made outside the 14-day cancellation period (e.g. goodwill returns we accept at our discretion).
Your right to cancel — 14-day cooling off period (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you're a consumer based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a justification. To do so, contact us at support@luluwags.com or use the return portal above. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, return shipping and any original shipping costs are fully refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund processing
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at support@luluwags.com.
