These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By using our website or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Website:

By accessing or using the Luluwags website, you agree to comply with these Terms. The website must be used for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

Contract Formation:

The display of products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer. A binding contract is formed when you finalize your order and confirm your order details at the end of the checkout process. We reserve the right to accept or reject this offer within five days.

Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs and software, is the property of Luluwags or its affiliates and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Our lead, collar and harness message designs are exclusive to Luluwags. Use of our content or designs without prior written consent is prohibited.

Products and Services:

We offer dog leads, collars, harnesses and related accessories. While we strive for accurate product descriptions and colours, minor discrepancies may occur.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.

Shipping and Delivery:

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary and estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for additional costs arising from incorrect delivery information or inability to accept delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Refunds:

You may return products within 14 days of delivery in their original condition for a refund, in line with our Refund Policy and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. A £4.95 return label fee is deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case return costs are fully covered by us. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6-Month Warranty:

We warrant our leads, collars and harnesses against manufacturing defects—including breaking, fraying or fading of the printed design—for 6 months from delivery, under normal use and when cared for according to our care instructions. If a covered defect occurs, we will replace the item free of charge with the same or an equivalent product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, misuse, improper washing, tie-out use, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

Product Use and Safety:

Our products are walking equipment, not restraint or tie-out devices, and are not chew-proof. It is the owner's responsibility to select the appropriate size and product for their dog, to inspect equipment regularly, and to supervise their dog during use. Message designs support communication on walks but do not guarantee the behaviour of other people or animals and are not a substitute for training.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes:

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of the law of the country in which you live, and you may bring any dispute before the courts of that country. We will always try to resolve any issue directly first—contact us at support@luluwags.com.

Promotional Vouchers:

If applicable, vouchers can only be redeemed in our online shop and are subject to specific terms, such as validity period, combination restrictions and minimum order value.
