We love the design of the leads, clearly so do others as they were out of stock. Communication was great around this with an email notification of when they were back in stock.

The lead and harness are brilliant, fit our Maltese perfectly. Love the different combinations you can do with the lead and the handle itself is sturdy but really soft.

Customer service has been outstanding, Flor is incredibly communicative via Web chat and email. Had a problem with a high delivery charge that was supposed to be free and Flor corrected the website for us within an hour. Highly recommend

Great leash! As a small dog owner, I find it very frustrating when people try to pet my pup without my consent. I purchased the “I’m training, give me space” leash and I hope they will finally understand!
There were some issues with my order and Flor solved them. She was also very nice.

We've tried out our new leash a couple of times now and have really enjoyed it. The leash is very high quality and the design is versatile, it's great to be able to adjust the length. We started using it in crowded environments with lots of people around and already found that people notice the message and take a moment before approaching us, which is exactly what we want. Also, really friendly customer service and good experience overall. :)

Yes—visibility is the whole point of Luluwags. The leads and harnesses use large, high-contrast text (“I’m training, give me space”, “Don’t approach me, please”, etc.) that’s readable at a glance, so passers-by get the cue without you having to call out.

What customers say lines up: trainers report fewer unsolicited approaches, and dog parents of reactive or anxious dogs mention that strangers now pause or ask first—exactly the behaviour change we’re looking for.

  1. Measure first: Every product page has a detailed size chart and a quick “how to measure” graphic. Take neck/chest (harness) or collar length numbers and match them—you’ll be right first time in most cases.
  2. Built-in adjustability: Leads have three length settings (can be worn cross-body, doubled, short lead, etc.), and the collars/harness straps slide for micro-adjustment—handy if your dog is between sizes or growing.
  3. Easy exchanges: If it still isn’t spot-on, just use the prepaid label. A small fee covers the return (£6.95 UK / €9.95 EU / $27 RoW). For the new size, you can simply make a new order online.
  • Same-day dispatch from the UK:
    UK 1-3 days, Europe 2-6 days, USA 6-8 days, Rest of World 8-12 days    —all with full tracking.
  • If an item shows “Pre-order”, pop your email into the sign-up box; you’ll get an automated heads-up the moment it lands (a feature many reviewers praise).

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you’re sending something back. Items must be unused, in their pouch, with tags on.

How it works:
1. Get a label
• Email support@luluwags.com with your order number and what you are returning - we will reply back with a pre-paid label.

2. Post it
Drop the parcel at any post office or pickup point shown on the label.

3. Refund
When the item passes inspection, we deduct the label cost and trigger your refund. Banks usually show it within 10 business days.
