  2. Shipping Destinations: Luluwags currently ships within the United Kingdom only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to order, please contact our customer service team at support@luluwags.com — we'll let you know if we're able to help.

  3. Shipping Carrier and Methods: We ship all orders via Royal Mail. The shipping method is determined based on package size and weight. Customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment, where available.

  4. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on package size and weight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may be subject to change due to carrier rate fluctuations. Free shipping is offered on UK orders over £45. Additional free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly communicated on our website.

  5. Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier delays.

  6. Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you encounter any issues with tracking your package, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

  7. Address Verification: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Luluwags is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

  8. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
