You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you’re sending something back. Items must be unused, in their pouch, with tags on.

• Email support@luluwags.com with your order number and what you are returning - we will reply back with a pre-paid label.

2. Post it
Drop the parcel at any post office or pickup point shown on the label.

3. Refund
When the item passes inspection, we deduct the label cost and trigger your refund. Banks usually show it within 10 business days.
