Keep your leash's carabiner clean from dirt and sand, and periodically lubricate with a WD-40 type oil for optimal performance.
Protective Bag Washing: For machine washing, always place your leash inside a protective bag. This prevents any snagging or damage during the wash cycle.
Hand Washing Preferred: To best preserve the quality of your leash, we recommend hand washing it with cold water. This gentle approach keeps your leash looking new for longer.
Gentle Detergents Only: Use only mild detergents that are gentle on fabrics. Harsh chemicals can damage the unique messaging and material of your leash.
Do Not Tumble Dry: Avoid using a tumble dryer. Air drying your leash is the best way to protect its material and design.
Separate Colors: Wash your leash separately to prevent color transfer. This is especially important for leashes with vibrant colors or unique designs.

Got a Luluwags lead and honestly it's pretty cool. The warning for my reactive shih-tzu and the adjustable hands-free on it are a great touch. It’s sturdy and comfortable. Worth a look if you want to steer people away from your dog.

My favourite lead!

It's the lead I use the most! I have a spaniel puppy that attracts *a lot* of attention in public, and as I've come to find, many strangers asume my dog is public property and have the right to interact with him without permission. It's a very frustrating experience, as it has a serious impact on our neutrality training. When he is wearing his lead with "I'm in training, give me space", a good proportion of these people seem to get the message, so I'm really content it helps us educate the others on the proper dog etiquette. Even if my pup is friendly, I'll be seriously considering buying the "Don't approach me, please" lead in the future as well.

The quality and sturdiness is also the best of all of our leads, so I warmly recommended it to other dog owners!

Beautiful Leads Great for Training

Beautiful leads which are great for training! I love double ended leads anyway, as a dog trainer, I find they are the best one to use for training. These designs are great, especially when I work with a lot of reactive dogs, and people will either come up or let them come up to the dog I am working with. Hoping this keeps deterring people and them letting their dogs come up without asking! Thank you :)

Good experience using our lead out and about

We've tried out our new leash a couple of times now and have really enjoyed it. The leash is very high quality and the design is versatile, it's great to be able to adjust the length. We started using it in crowded environments with lots of people around and already found that people notice the message and take a moment before approaching us, which is exactly what we want.
